Ceremony Seating
We offer white Chiavari chairs and standard white chair covers to suit the style of your ceremony. Chiavari chairs are a popular choice for outdoor weddings, with a clean finish that works well in both rustic and contemporary settings.
Shade and Ceremony Structures
Shade is essential for outdoor ceremonies in the Algarve. We supply white parasols to keep guests comfortable, bamboo pagodas with white drapes for the ceremony focal point, and stretched tents for larger covered setups. Our pagoda structures are particularly popular for framing the aisle or the point where vows are exchanged.
Reception Equipment
Once the ceremony is complete, we have everything you need for the celebration. We stock white cocktail tables for drinks receptions, chill-out furniture, fairy lights, dance floors, and more. Most clients hire ceremony and reception equipment together. We deliver, set up, and collect everything in a single visit.

Can you supply equipment for both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. Most clients hire equipment for both. We deliver and set up everything in a single visit, and collect at an agreed time after your event.
How far in advance should I book wedding ceremony hire?
We recommend booking at least four to six months before your wedding date, particularly for summer ceremonies. July and August are the busiest months across the Algarve.
