These numbers are a guide and it does depend if your guests are seated or standing we can supply individual seating plans for each event. Please remember larger events might require reception areas, dance floors, bars etc.
30m x 9m = 130 Guests
24m x 9m = 110 Guests
18m x 9m = 90 Guests
6m x 9m = 40 Guests
You are more than welcome to decorate the marquees yourself; however we would request that you use string as opposed to tape and staples.
Typically marquees are erected the day before the event and dismantled the day after. Additional hire time is possible by prior arrangement. Exceptions are made for Weddings and we try to erect them earlier to give you time to prepare for the big day.
Yes we work closely with a selection of venues and would be please to recommend them where appropriate.
As a General rule:
8 around a 5ft Table
6 around a 4ft Table
6 on a 6ft Trestle Table

Yes we supply most things you will need, including tables, chairs, dance floors, lights and much more please refer to our equipment hire page for a complete list.
We require a standard plug point and we provide circuit breakers. For larger events or events that are not near an electrical supply generators can be hired.
