The best way to get an accurate figure is to get in touch with the basics of your event: approximate guest count, date, venue or location, and what equipment you think you need. We can then come back with a quote based on your specific requirements rather than a generic estimate.
The more lead time you give us, the better. For weddings and larger events, we recommend getting in touch at least six months before your date. Summer weekends — particularly June and September — fill up early.
