Algarve Marquees has been organising events across the Algarve for over ten years. From corporate conferences and product launches to food festivals, triathlons and community events, we supply the marquee structures, equipment and on-site management to bring them together.

We work with businesses, event organisers and community groups at all scales. Our portfolio includes annual triathlons with major Algarve partners, sardine festivals expanding across Portugal, school events, and corporate hospitality at private and hotel venues throughout the region.

Because we own all our equipment — large tents, dance floors, furniture, lighting — we can handle the full setup without subcontracting. One point of contact, from first conversation to pack-down.

What We Cover

We work across a wide range of corporate and community events in the Algarve. The common thread is providing the infrastructure — the right structure, the right equipment, set up properly and on time.

Corporate Hospitality

Branded event spaces, conference structures, product launches and staff celebrations. We can set up a marquee at a hotel, private venue or open land location across the Algarve and provide the full equipment fit-out.

Festivals and Community Events

Food festivals, sardine festivals, cultural events and local celebrations. We have experience running large-scale public events with multiple structures, catering areas, staging and crowd management considerations.

Sports and Charity Events

We run annual triathlons across the Algarve in partnership with major local organisations. Start and finish line infrastructure, registration tents, hospitality areas and equipment for multi-day events are all within our scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you manage the full event, or just supply equipment?

Both. We can supply marquees and equipment for events you are organising yourself, or we can take on the full event management role — planning, setup, coordination and pack-down. Most of our larger corporate clients use us end-to-end.

What size events do you work with?

We have handled everything from small private corporate gatherings of 30 to 40 people through to large public festivals with several hundred attendees. The scale of the event determines the structure and equipment specification — we’ll advise on the right setup once we understand the brief.

Do you work outside the Algarve?

Yes. While most of our work is based in the Algarve, we have organised events across Portugal and elsewhere in Europe. If your event is outside the region, get in touch and we can discuss what’s involved.
