How We Work
We work directly with couples, event planners, venue managers, and corporate clients across the Algarve. From the initial site visit through to the final breakdown, we manage every aspect of the build ourselves. We own all our equipment and employ our own rigging team, so there is no subcontracting and no unnecessary cost passed on to you.

Marquee Hire FAQs
How far in advance should I book marquee hire in the Algarve?
We recommend enquiring at least six months before your event date for weddings, and three to four months for corporate events and private parties. Summer dates, particularly July and August, fill up quickly.
What sizes of marquee do you supply?
Our range covers small pagodas and stretch tents for intimate gatherings through to full-scale structures for 300 guests and above. We will recommend the right size based on your layout requirements and guest numbers.
Do you cover all areas of the Algarve?
Yes. We operate across the full Algarve region including Faro, Lagos, Albufeira, Portimão, Silves, and Tavira. We will travel to any accessible venue in the region.
Do you supply the full event setup or just the marquee structure?
Both. We can supply the marquee structure alone, or provide a complete package including flooring, lighting, furniture, staging, bars, and power. Most clients choose a full package. Get in touch and we will put together a proposal.
